The Okavango-Cubango River Commission (OKACOM) has developed a Decision Support System (DSS) to support effective and informed decision-making related to the management of the Okavango-Cubango River Basin. The DSS provides access to both alphanumeric and spatial data, as well as output from hydrological models and dashboards, to facilitate a better understanding of the basin's hydrological processes, water availability, water quality, and water use. The comprehensive data management section enables the system to evolve over time as more data becomes available. The purpose of this user manual is to provide guidance on how to use the DSS to access and analyze the available data, interpret the model outputs, and make informed decisions based on the system's outputs. This manual will guide users through the various features and functionalities of the DSS, including data entry, management, analysis, and visualization, to ensure optimal use of the system.
