Users register on the system as discussed in the Registration topic. On the Manage Users and Permissions tab, the users are enabled and assigned groups. It is also where group roles can be created.

On the right-hand side of the page, in the Manage Permissions section, a new user group can be created or a user group edited. Listed down the side of the page are the roles. These are specific items of functionality for which access can be given to the group. The roles  for the group are selected and saved.



On the left-hand side of the page, the user details can be viewed and edited and the user can be assigned to one or more groups. This will determine the logged in users permissions on the system.
