As discussed previously in this document (Monitoring and Analysis - Forms) access to XForms is provided where required. XForms are defined and uploaded to the Aggregate server and are set up to be available from a survey view in thos section.


Forms Column Names

Forms Column Explanation

Title

The display title of the form as it will appear in the DSS

FormID

The form ID as set in the building of the form and the uploading to the Aggregate server

Enabled

Setting this to true will show allow the form to be selected in the application


Some forms rely on data in csv files to populated select lists and calculations in the forms. These data a usually automatically refreshed when opening the form in the application. However, on occasions this may not happen, and the look ups can be refreshed from this page.

Select Form

Select a previously defined form

File name

The name of the csv referenced in the form

Upload file

Clicking the Choose File button will allow the user to browse for a file to be uploaded.
